We are pleased to offer the opportunity to work at the Milton Township Highway Department as an Assistant to Office Manager. Work involves general office duties.
The hours are part time: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3 to 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Assists in answering phones, receiving individuals and directing them to proper locations, computer work and other duties as directed.
Requirements:
Education or equivalent training to provide administrative support to the Highway Department. High proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
Physical Requirements and Job Environment:
In performance of this job, employee will be required to use hands, walk, and file. The work environment is an office which is attached to a mechanical shop. Due to location of shop in relation to the offices, there will be some dust, noise and engine exhaust.
Salary:
$30.00 per hour.
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer/Equipment Operator to join our team. This position prefers a valid CDL license and the right applicant will have the ability to obtain one. Will be working outdoors in all weather conditions. Safely operate trucks and heavy equipment in various situations. Preferred experience but not required to apply, in landscaping, tree work, concrete work, asphalt work, general road work and snow plowing roads. This position is a full time 40-hour work week with overtime and on call scheduling. Great medical plan and benefits.
